Caution System Damage may occur if pneumatic pressure is removed from the Agilent
5DX System and the XYZ Stage Assembly is moved manually when not at the
Z-down position. When pneumatic pressure is removed from the 5DX System,
the Inner Barriers Air Cylinder will lose pressure and the Inner Barrier will drop
below the bottom of the X-ray Tube. In this position if the XYZ Stage Assembly
is moved when not at the Z-down position, the XYZ Stage Assembly may hit the
Inner Barrier. Do not move the XYZ Stage Assembly unless the Inner Barrier is
in the fully open or fully closed position or when the XYZ Stage Assembly is not
at the Z-down position.
