X-ray Confirmation and Adjustment
The X-ray Scan Controller needs to be confirmed and adjusted for each FOV used
in a panel program. The X-ray Scan Controller can be confirmed and adjusted by
running a utility program, called
Major X-ray Scan Adjustment, accessed from
the Confirm and Adjust menu in the User Interface. This utility determines the
optimum X-ray deflection, then interpolates the remaining points to fill the X-ray
Scan Controller’s memory.
