A.1.5 Configuring Shared Call Appearance
Note: Shared Call Appearance applies only to the 430HD and 440HD phones.
This feature enables multiple phones to be associated in a shared call appearance group,
helping the enterprise's front desk operator to easily manage calls.
The administrator can add multiple 'locations' to a line. Calls can be made or received on any
location. If a call comes in on the line, all locations that were added to it ring. The first to
answer is connected to the caller. If the line is busy, only available locations are alerted.

To configure Shared Calls Appearance:
1. In the BroadSoft server, assign Shared Call Appearance to the user: Under the 'User'
level, select the Call Control option, and then click the Shared Call Appearance tab.
