15 Configuring LAN and PC Port Settings
Port settings can be configured using the Web interface or Configuration File.
Note: The optional values of the Configuration File parameters are enclosed in square
brackets while its corresponding Web values are written outside the square brackets, for
example, [1] Enable.
 To configure the phone's port settings using the Web interface:
1. Access the Network Settings page (Configuration tab > Network Connections menu
> Network Settings).

2. Configure the parameters using the table below as reference, and then click Submit.
 To define the phone's port settings using the Configuration File:
• Use the table below as reference.
Table 15-1: Port Settings
Parameter Description
LAN Port Mode
[network/lan/port_mode]
Sets the LAN port mode.
Valid values are :
[AUTOMATIC] = Auto negotiation.
[FULL_10] = 10Mbps + full duplex
[FULL_100] = 100Mbps + half duplex
[HALF_10] = 10Mbps + full duplex
[HALF_100] = 100Mbps + half duplex
[FULL _ 1Gbps] = 1 Gbit/s port + full duplex
PC Port Mode
[network/pc/port_mode]
Sets the computer port mode.
