4. Assign an IP address (static / DHCP) to the new interface. Configure the parameter
'Internet Protocol' to the Static IP option of 'Use the Following IP Address'; the screen
shown below opens.

5. Define an IP address for each device and click Apply and OK.
Changing the Routing Mode
¾ To change the routing mode:
1. (For all VOIP packets needing to be transferred within the VoIP VLAN) Open menu
Network Connections > WAN Ethernet 2 > Settings; the figure shown below opens.

2. In the Routing drop-down list, change the mode to 'Advanced'; extended parameters
are displayed (refer to the figure below).

3. Configure parameter 'Routing Mode' (NAT or Route). Choose 'Route' and check the
check box 'Default Route' in order to use the VoIP VLAN.
4. Configure 'Device Metric' to be the lower than the default metric (default = 3).
