Uncheck the box 'Use SIP Proxy IP and Port for Registration' and check 'Use SIP
Registrar'; the parameters screen for 'SIP Registrar' opens (showing the basic
parameters).

Use SIP Registrar
Check the box to use a separate SIP registrar server.
Registrar Address
The IP address or host name of the registrar server.
Registrar Port
The UDP or TCP port of the registrar server.
Registrar Expires
The registration timeout, in seconds.
