5. Troubleshooting
Code 6057: “Board id: light sensor module not accessible” (Error)
Situation Solution
Only the ID parameters of the Light
Sensor Module are not accessible.
The ID parameters of all other
boards are accessible.
Ignore this error message unless other functionality of the light s ensor module fails as
well. If so, replace the Light Sensor Module. See XXX X.
The Board ID of all other boards
are also NO T accessible. This
may indicates a malfunction I²C
functionality on the P MP board.
1. Reboot the projector.
2. Replace the P MP board. Se e "Replacing the PMP board", page 156.
Malfunction Light Sensor Mo dule
(reference 3 image 5-15).
Replace the Light Sensor Module. See X XXX .

Code 6058: “Board id: light sensor module read error” (Error)
Situation Solution
Light Senso r M odule disconnected. Check if the wire unit (reference 12 image 5-15) is connected wit
h the Light Sensor
Module and with the Power Distribution board (reference 6 image 5-13).
Malfunction Light Sens or M odule.
The projector can not read from the
installed Light Sensor Module.
In case no other “board read errors” appears, replace the Light Sensor Module (CLO).
See XXX X.
Malfunction internal RS485
communication line. The FCB, MCB
and LIM also reports “read errors”.
Disconnect the boards one by one from the internal R
S485 line until this error
disappears. Replace the board which mak es this error goes away. See chapter XXXX,
to k now which boards are using the internal RS485 co mm unication line. If the problem
remains replace the PMP.
Code 6059: “Board id: light sensor module write error” (Error)
Situation Solution
Malfunction Light Sens or M odule.
The projector can not write to the
installed Light Sensor Module.
Replace the Light Sensor Module. See XXXXX .
Code 6060: “Board id: formatter red unknown format” (Warning)
Situation Solution
Old projector software installed.
The ID param eters of the Formatter
board of the RED channel are written
in a format which is not known by the
projector s oftware.
Check if the v ersion o f the installed projector software is the latest available v ersion. T he
latest version can be downloaded from h
ttps://my.barco.com.
Formatter board of the RED channel
has invalid firmware.
Replace the Light Processor. See "HDF Light Processor", page 189.
Corrupt pr ojector s oftware. Reinstall the latest projector software.
