snmp-server location
This command sets the system location string. Use the
no
form to remove the
location string.
Syntax
snmp-server location

text - String that describes the system location.
(Maximum length: 255 characters)

This command can be used to check the status of SNMP communications.

This command provides information on the community access strings, counters for
SNMP input and output protocol data units, and whether or not SNMP logging has
been enabled with the
snmp-server enable traps
command.
