clear dns cache
This command clears all entries in the DNS cache.

Console#clear dns cache
Console#show dns cache

clear host
This command deletes dynamic entries from the DNS table.
Syntax
clear host
{name | *}
name - Name of the host. (Range: 1-127 characters)
* - Removes all entries.
Default Setting
None

Privileged Exec
Command Usage
Use the
clear host
command to clear dynamic entries, or the no ip host command
to clear static entries.
Example
This example clears all dynamic entries from the DNS table.
Console#clear host *
