Problem
SSCL has reached rotation limit (200 rotations)
Counting panel executions as 3 and periodic executions as 1, SSCL execution
from the panel is disabled when 198 rotations has been reached, and this
maintenance call is displayed for several seconds when "EXEC" is selected in
Maintenance Mode 1.
Execution is not possible from the panel, but periodic execution will be continued.
Solution
1. Replace head unit.
2. Perform "INIT HEAD" of Maintenance Mode 2.
