3.2.3 Warning
"Warnings" take the place of LCD "READY" and "PRINTING" messages in order to notify the user of the condition. They do not have an influence on printer operation, and
printing can be continued. Warning messages are not cancelled until the cause of the warning is corrected. The following table shows types of warnings and cancellation methods.

Occurs when the printer has detected a software count End for one of the
ink cartridges. Software count Near-End is generated when the total dot
number is counted by the software and the calculated amount of
remaining ink reaches less than 5%. Printing is possible for a short time,
but the ink cartridge should be replaced as soon as possible.
Replace the ink cartridge
2 INK OUT
Ink Out LED On
(Corresponding color only)
Occurs when printer has detected Ink End for an ink cartridge. Using the
ink in the printhead sub-tank, the printer will continue to print for
approximately B0 1 size page, but the ink cartridge should be replaced as
soon as possible.
Replace the ink cartridge
3 CLOSE INK CART. COVER
Ink End LED's for all colors On
Occurs when the ink cartridge cover opens during printing.
Close the ink cartridge cover
