authentication for
the device.
• If Full Authentication with STAT is selected, the
device displays a login screen.
The STAT User selects the STAT button to access
the device without any password credentials.
All other users need to log on to the device with
a user name and password.
• If No Authentication (default) is selected, the device
does not display a login screen. Users access the
device without a user name and password.
• If Technician ID is selected, the device displays a
login screen. Users access the device by entering a
Technician ID.
Default value: No Authentication
NOTE:
If you enable user authentication, you are
automatically logged off after saving the settings.
The login screen displays. You need to log in to the
device with the correct login credentials based on
the configured mode of user authentication.
