• yyyymmddxxgc
• yy and yyyy = patient year of
birth
• dd = patient day of birth
• mm = patient month of birth
• + or - = patient age
NOTE:
If + or - is not before the
patient age, the age is
less than 100 years.
• xx = patient place of birth
• g = patient gender
• male = odd number
• female = even number
• c = checksum digit
