Code Description Outcome
RDFS Sample dispense
verification failed. Once
flagged with an RDFS
error, the sample is not
processed further.
Sample is not tested. Sample results marked
as Invalid.
Ensure that there are no interfering
substances and adequate volume in the
sample tube. Sample must be retested, or
recollected if volume is low.
RDFSE Sample eluate dispense
verification fails.
