Master Lot not
entered prior to
loading kit.
1. Unload the affected
Reagent Rack and
enter the Master Lot
information through
the Assay Reagent
Bay screen.
2. Reload the
Reagent Rack once
the Master Lot
information has
been properly
entered.

IDs failed CRC
check and were not
displayed in the

Database integrity

1. Shutdown and
restart.
