Code Message Possible Cause Solution
407.005.00004 The Waste capacity
has dropped below
{0} tests.
The waste inventory
has dropped below
the listed number of
tests.
1. Empty the waste
when in the Setup
or Ready state to
refresh the Waste
inventory.
2. If the problem
persists, contact
Hologic Technical
Support.
407.005.00005 The Waste is full. The waste inventory
has dropped below
the listed number of
tests.
1. Empty the waste
when in the Setup
or Ready state to
refresh the Waste
inventory.
2. If the problem
persists, contact
Hologic Technical
Support.
407.005.00006 The Liquid Waste
container was not
emptied.
The issue could be
due to one of the
following:
l The Liquid
Waste
Container is full.
l The float sensor
on the Liquid
Waste
Container has
mistakenly
registered as
full.
1. The system is not
able to process
samples.
2. Empty the waste
when possible to
refresh the Waste
inventory.
3. Ensure that the float
sensor on the
Liquid Waste
Container is not
stuck at the top of
the bottle.
4. If the problem
persists, contact
Hologic Technical
Support.
