Appendix C. System Messages
Code Message Possible Cause Solution
407.005.00009 Waste drawer
opened during
Assay Processing.
The issue could be
due to one of the
following:
l Solid Waste
container was
not emptied
when emptying
the waste.
l The sensor on
the Solid Waste
Container is
malfunctioning.
1. Unlock and open
the Waste Drawer
and ensure that the
solid waste has
been emptied.
2. Ensure that the
diagram on the
monitor changed
from green-to-red-
to-green when
changing the Waste
Bag.
3. If the problem
persists, contact
Hologic Technical
Support.
407.006.00001 Rack Loaded: {0} N/A No action necessary.
