Appendix C. System Messages
Code Message Possible Cause Solution
407.006.00005 Sample rack load
error in lane {0}.
Please unload the
rack, then load it
again.
The issue could be
due to one of the
following:
l The Sample
Rack was
loaded too
quickly.
l The Sample
Rack was
loaded
incorrectly.
l The rack
barcode is
degraded.
1. Unload the rack,
and check that the
Sample Rack
Barcode ID has not
been damaged.
2. If the barcode is
intact, load the rack
again in a smooth,
forward motion.
3. If the problem
persists, contact
Hologic Technical
Support.
407.006.00006 The sample rack in
lane {0} still
contains errors.
Remove the rack,
correct errors and
load the rack again.
The issue could be
due to one of the
following:
l The Sample
Rack was
