1-character
barcode is present
in the rack.
The issue could be
due to one of the
following:
l The sample
barcode had the
incorrect
number of
characters
(acceptable
range: 4–20).
l The scanner
misread the
Tube Position
Barcode or the
sample barcode.
1. Remove the rack,
ensure that the
position and
sample barcodes
are intact and load
the rack again.
2. 4–20 barcode
characters are
required for the
sample barcodes.
3. If the problem
persists, contact
Hologic Technical
Support.
