To perform the printhead mechanical registration adjustment:
1 Print a Quick Test Page.
From the Diagnostics menu, navigate to:
Printer diagnostics & adjustments > Registration adjust > Quick test
If the skew between the bottom left and bottom right alignment indicators is greater than 0.5 mm (1 dot),
then proceed with adjustment. Otherwise, printhead adjustment is not needed.
2 Remove the screw (A) under the bin extender, and then remove the cover.
3 Loosen, by a half turn, each of the three printhead mounting screws (B) securing the printhead to the printer
frame. Use a 5.5‑mm hex-socket screwdriver.
