4 Web Interface
The L-INX comes with a built-in Web server and a Web interface to configure the L-INX
and extract statistics information. The Web interface allows configuring the IP settings,
CEA-709, BACnet and other configuration settings.
4.1 Device Information and Account Management
In a Web browser, enter the default IP address 192.168.1.254 of the device. Note that if
your PC has an IP address in a subnet other than 192.168.1.xxx, you must open a command
tool and enter the following route command to add a route to the device.
To Add a Route to the Device
1. Windows START Run
2. Enter ‗cmd‘ and click OK.
3. In the command window enter the command line
route add 192.168.1.254 %COMPUTERNAME%
4. Then open your Web browser and type in the default IP address ‗192.168.1.254‘.
5. The device information page should appear as shown in Figure 36.
