12.1 Rigging work checklists for crane operation with the main boom

8. Deactivate (Lock) the suspension – symbol red (suspension off);

9. Support the truck crane with the outrigger span required for the job according
to the Lifting capacity table and raise until none of the wheels is touching the
ground;

10. Align the truck crane horizontally.;

11. Switch off the engine;

12. Earth the truck crane, if necessary;

13. Inspect the truck crane, while looking out in particular for any leaking fluids
(oil, fuel or water).
