Recording an Instruction Menu for a Call Routing Mailbox

Log onto System Administrator’s mailbox.

Access System Administrator options.
[System Admin] - [N/A]

Select Instruction Menus.
[Instruction] - [Instr]
Enter the Call Routing Mailbox number (001-016).

Listen to the current Instruction Menu (if any).
[Listen] - [Lstn]

Exit listen mode.

Record a new Instruction Menu.

Record message.

Pause or restart recording.

Erase recording.
