Switches on delta marker 2.

Outputs measurement value of delta marker 2.

gram.
The spectrogram is available if option R&S FSV-K14 is installed.

This command positions the delta marker on a particular frame. The frame is relative to
the position of marker 1.
The command is available for the spectrogram.
