5.9 Return Shipments
Please contact Safran Technical Support before returning any equipment to
Safran. Technical Support must provide you with a Return Material Authorization
Number (RMA#) prior to shipment.
When contacting Technical Support, please be prepared to provide your equip-
ment serial number(s) and a description of the failure symptoms or issues you
would like resolved.
Freight to Safran is to be prepaid by the customer.
Note: Should there be a need to return equipment to Safran, it must
be shipped in its original packing material. Save all packaging mater-
ial for this purpose.
