Switch instrument light on/off
➢ Touch the Instrument Light key.
 If the key is highlighted orange, the instrument light on the
SPRAYVIT M multifunctional syringe is switched on, provided
that it is the only instrument removed.
If the SPRAYVIT M multifunctional syringe is not operated for 10
s, the instrument light automatically switches off.
Activating/deactivating and setting the water tempering
The heating power of the water heater of the SPRAYVIT M multifunctional
syringe is adjustable. Changes in the inlet temperature of the water
supply (e.g. summer/winter) can thus be compensated for. The setting
range is approx. 8°C.

1. Touch the Spray Tempering key.
 If the key is highlighted orange, the water tempering function is
activated.
2. Use the – and + keys to set the water temperature.

Operation with other instruments
Operation with other instruments
The SPRAYVIT M cannot be operated simultaneously with another
instrument (motor, highspeed handpiece or ultrasonic handpiece). If the
Sprayvit is removed as the first instrument, light and hot water are
available. No further instruments can be removed or activated.
If the Sprayvit is removed in addition to another instrument that has
already been removed, only air and cold water are available.
CAUTION
The heating power can be set too high.
The patient then feels that the water is too warm.
➢ Adapt the heating power of the water heating to the inlet
temperature of the water.
➢ Before using the SPRAYVIT M multifunctional syringe, check the
water temperature, e.g. with the back of your hand.
