033-585 SIP Request Error RAP
033-585 Other error has occurred during SIP communication.
Procedure
Perform the 033-312, 033-313, 033-315 to 033-327 Fax Fault RAP.
033-586 T38 Protocol Not Ready RAP
033-586 Unable to communicate as the IP address is unresolved. Unable to communicate as
the registration to registrar server was not completed when using a SIP server.
Procedure
Perform the steps that follow:
1. Advise the customer to:
a. Wait for a while, then try to send again.
b. Make it so that the IP address can be obtained and registered to the registrar server.
2. If the fault persists, perform the 033-312, 033-313, 033-315 to 033-327 Fax Fault RAP.
