Launch Issue
Replacement
1. The replacement is the reverse of the removal procedure.
2. Ensure the locating pins (1) are correctly engaged, Figure 2.

3. Perform ADJ 13.2 Finisher LX Booklet Crease/Staple Position.

Removal
WARNING
Switch off the electricity to the machine. Refer to GP 10. Disconnect the power cord
from the customer supply while performing tasks that do not need electricity. Electricity
can cause death or injury. Moving parts can cause injury.
1. Remove the finisher rear upper cover, REP 13.7.
2. Disconnect PJ8988 on the finisher control PWB.
3. Release the harness from the clamps.
4. Remove the wires from the wire guide, remove two screws, then move the wire guide to
one side.
5. Use a 5.5 mm combination wrench to remove both screws from the motor mount.
6. Remove the stacker elevator motor.
