Assembling the trim cylinder
1. Install:
• Bal
l
• Trim piston assembly
a. Slide the trim cylinder end screw “1” to
the bottom of the trim and tilt ram “2”.
b. Fill the trim cylinder with the recom-
mended PTT fluid to about 20 % of the
cylinder capacity.
c. Install the balls “1” into the tilt cylinder
“2”, and then in
stall the tilt cylinder “2”
into the trim cylinder “3”.
d. Tighten the trim cylinder end screw “1”
to the specified torque.
