TE (Time error) represents the phase error (time difference) between the
reference 1PPS signal and the 1PPS signal under test. 'N/A' is displayed if the
1PPS signal has not been detected.
cTE (constant Time Error): Mean value of the phase error
dTE (dynamic Time Error): Deviation value of the phase error
