Parameter Description
Redundant Outbound Proxy Symmetric Mode
[voip/signalling/sip/redundant_outbound_prox
y/symmetric_mode]
[Only displayed if the 'Use Redundant
Outbound Proxy' parameter is enabled.]
[0] = Asymmetric (default) (never switch back
to the primary)
[1] = Symmetric (switch back to the primary
when available)
If asymmetric mode is configured and the
primary outbound server goes down, you'll
operate with the redundant outbound proxy
without ever reverting to the primary unless
the redundant outbound proxy also goes
down.
If symmetric mode is configured and the
primary outbound server goes down, an
attempt will be made to revert to the primary
outbound server.
