5. Troubleshooting
Code 7713: “Power supply primary PFC temp short” (Error)
Situation Solution
Damaged wire unit of the
temperature sensor (reference
3 image 5-35 and im age 5-33).
Repair or replace the wire unit.
Defect temperature sensor
(reference 3image 5-35) which
measures the temperature at
heatsink of the primary side of the
SMPS.
Replace the temperature sensor mounted on the heatsink of the primary s ide of the
SMPS (reference 3image 5-35).
Code 7720: “Power interrupt” (Error)
Situation Solution
The power applied to the projector
have been interrupted for a short
period.
Check the comm ercial power net.
Code 7721: “Lamp switch open” (Error)
Situation Solution
The Lam p House is not correctly
installed.
Check if the Lamp House is properly installed. Ma ke sure that all three fixat ion sc rews
(reference 1, 2 & 3 image 5-36) of the Lamp H ouse are fastened. See installation
procedure X XX X.
Defect micro switch (reference 4
image 5-37).
Replace the micro switch.
Wire unit of the m icro switch
(reference 5 image 5-37)
disconnected from the Power
distribution boar d.
Check if the wire unit (reference 6 image 5-38) is plugged in the Power Distribution board.
