During cleaning, pressure pump small leak error
Explanation
Same as 00010027. However, this occurs only during execution of "Adj: Clean
Head" in Self-Diagnosis Mode.
Solution
Replace supply pump assembly.
SERVICE REQ. 00020000: NVRAM error
Problem
NVRAM error
Explanation
This message appears and printer is stopped when parameter information in
NVRAM has been corrupted.
Solution
1. Download parameters from another model. (However, perform all adjustment
items.)
2. Replace the C362DRV board
SERVICE REQ. 00020001: NVRAM check sum error
Problem
NVRAM check sum error
Explanation
This message appears and printer is stopped when abnormal data is detected
during parameter data check sum at power on or F/W download.
Solution
1. Download parameters from another model. (However, perform all adjustment
items.)
2. Replace the C362DRV board
SERVICE REQ. 00020002: SDRAM error

SDRAM error
Explanation
This message appears and printer is stopped when a bit error is detected during
SDRAM memory check at power on.
Solution
