Problem
Dot missing detector error
Explanation
This message appears and printer is stopped when power is turned on and required
value output (light quantity) from the dot missing detector is not measured.
Solution
1. Adjust offset of dot missing detector. (Refer to Chapter 5, Section 5.3
"Inspection/Offset Adjustment")
2. Replace dot missing detector.
NOTE: After replacing the dot missing detector, be sure to perform the offset
adjustment. (Refer to 5.3 "Inspection/Offset Adjustment)
