For Russian and Greek languages only:
Reboot the system and, at the Windows level, navigate to the
Control Panel.
Select Regional Settings.
The Regional and Language Options dialog box opens:

Under Standards and formats, in the language field, scroll down
to the desired language (e.g. Russian) and click OK.
Reboot the system.
The interface and keyboard input will be in Russian.
Note: For the Greek language, only the user interface is
supported. It is not possible to input Greek from the keyboard.
