D1 Servo Drive User Manual Errors And Warnings
HIWIN MIKROSYSTEM CORP. 9-3
The error messages of D1 servo drive and their meanings are listed in table 9.1.1.
Table9.1.1
Motor short (over current) detected
Motor short circuit is detected.
The DC bus voltage inside the servo drive is too big.
Position error is greater than the value set for error.
(1) Digital encoder – Phase sequence error of A phase and B
phase
(2) Analog encoder – Sinusoidal signal is too weak when motor is
not moving.
Soft-thermal threshold reached
The software detects motor over temperature.
The motor power cable and the servo drive are not correctly
connected.
Amplifier over temperature
Servo drive over temperature
Motor over temperature sensor
activated
Motor over temperature sensor is activated.
The DC bus voltage inside the servo drive is too small.
5 V for encoder card fail
5 V voltage supplied to encoder interface card is abnormal.
Phase initialization error
Motor phase initialization fails.
Serial encoder communication error
Serial encoder communication error
Error occurs while executing phase check by digital Hall sensor.
Auto phase center not completed
error
Phase initialization is not completed yet.
DC bus voltage is abnormal. Check the input voltage.
EtherCAT interface is not detected
The servo drive does not detect EtherCAT interface.
An error occurs when performing CiA-402 homing and causes
homing failure.
