Turn the printer off, and remove the rear cover. See

Turn the printer on, and measure the values below at JCTM1 during POR:
Pin 1: +5 V dc
Pin 2: +3.3 V dc
Pin 3: +3.3 V dc
Pin 4: +3.3 V dc
Pin 5: +3.3 V dc
Pin 6: Ground
Are any of the values incorrect?
Replace the controller
board.
