In this operating priority (M1 ↔ M2 ↔ M3 ↔ M4 ↔ M5 ↔ M6 ↔ M7 ↔ M8), if interlock3 or
any trip and HAND/OFF State are caused, the motor is activated in this order(M1 ↔ M2 ↔ M4 ↔
M5 ↔ M6 ↔ M7 ↔ M8).
