11.3 Customer Experience Improvement Program
Medoc Ltd ("Medoc") provides to its customers the software package known as the Medoc Main Station
software or "MMS Software", and it operates the Medoc Customer Experience Improvement Program
("MCEIP") which is aimed at improving the customer’s experience with the MMS software.
Medoc offers to its customers who wish to do so, participation in the MCEIP, by allowing Medoc to collect
various reports related to the customers' use of the MMS Software.
Such reports will provide Medoc with data that will enable it to better understand the needs of the customers
and to provide better technical support to the users of the Medoc products (hardware and software).
Furthermore, Medoc will be able to more efficiently deliver to the customers information related to service
entitlement and product changes, such as end of life notifications.
While using the MCEIP reports as explained above, Medoc is committed to helping the customer protect his
privacy. The following privacy statements further explain the data collection process and use practices for
the MCEIP reports that are expected to be sent to Medoc by participating customers.
Collection and Use of Information
Participation in the program is voluntary. Should you agree to participate, we will then (and only then) collect
basic information about the way you use the MMS software and connected devices. This information, when
processed by Medoc, will help it to improve the features that our customers use most often, and to create
solutions to common problems.
You can decide to participate in the MCEIP usually when you first install the MMS software. At any point
later, you will always have the ability to change your participation by changing the software preferences.
MCEIP reports generally include information about the following:
1. Medoc software and hardware configuration, such as software version and license number,
connected devices and operating time.
2. MMS software usage, such as features used most often.
MCEIP reports do not include information about patients or test results.
Medoc uses MCEIP information to improve our products. We do not share information with partners or sell
customer information to third parties. Medoc may disclose this information only if it is required to do so by
law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to conform to the edicts of the law or comply with
legal process served on Medoc.
Security
Medoc is committed to helping protect the confidentiality of the information we collect from the participating
customers. The MCEIP uses a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect the reports
against unauthorized access, use or disclosure. For example, we store the information you provide on
computer systems with limited access, located in controlled facilities.
