Hardware protection mechanisms include:
 If the Thermode temperature reaches 57C an analog circuit overrides the system and
lowers the temperature gradually.
1.5.3 Thermode Detection
The system automatically detects that a Thermode is missing, and disables it in order to
protect both system and user.
