19.4.4 Melt-CUBE Design B: Cleaning
CAUTION
Ensure that the critical surfaces are not damaged during the cleaning
process.
CAUTION
1. Clean any plastic residue from hot runner interface surfaces. See Figure
19-9.

2. Clean the manifold interfaces with a ne grade (400 or 600 grit) polishing
stone. See Figure 19-10.

3. Wipe down the melt block critical surface and the Melt-CUBE manifold
interfaces with lacquer thinner.
