14.7 Mag-Pin Extraction
NOTE
For the Mag-Pin extraction Mold-Masters recommends to use the extraction
tool Mold-Masters part # EXTOOL13 (see below) with extraction tool
Mold-Masters part # EXTOOLAS10.
1. EXTOOL13B
2. EXTOOL13A
3. M8 thread
4. M5 thread
1. Heat the system to the processing temperature.
2. Make sure that the manifold reaches the required temperature.
3. Extract the Mag-Pin assemblies one by one.
4. Do not lift the whole synchro-plate when the Mag-Pin assemblies are
installed.
