Attendant Position (page 24)
An extension user cannot Camp-On to the attendant because the attendant’s extension is never busy.
Callback (page 61)
If an extension user Camps-On and then hangs up, the system converts the Camp-On to a Callback.

Operation
Camp-On to a Busy Extension
In these instructions:

[Keyset Soft Key]
To Camp-On to a busy extension:
1.
Call the busy extension.
• Listen for busy or busy/ring tone.
• With IntraMail installed, you will hear a voice prompt first.
2.
Dial 2 but do not hang up.
• If you hang up, the system converts your Camp-On to a Callback.
3.
When your co-worker hangs up their initial call, you hear:
• Ringback as their telephone rings.
• Your co-worker’s voice when they answer.
