CH LEDs 1~4 light during startup to indicate:
LED1 BICOM driver loaded.
LED2 Scandisk completed successfully.
LED3 CoSession Host loaded successfully.
LED4 Voice Mail started successfully.
After the system is up and running these LEDs are off, and channels
can receive calls.
When Voice Mail fails to start, all CH LEDs and the AP1 LED are on.
