2. Check PRG 15-06 for Trunk access.
Check SW 1~8 on COI(8)-U10
ETU for proper switch setting.
Check conduit and frame ground to
system for ground start trunks.

Dial Tone?
1. Reset and test; replace COI(8)-U10 ETU and test. If trouble persists go to step 2.
2. Perform Second Initialization. If trouble persists go to step 3.
3. Perform First Initialization. If trouble persists go to step 4.
4. Replace CPUII( )-U( ) ETU, and test using default program.
