Control Module
All library configurations include the control module, which contains the
following components at a minimum (see
figure 12 on page 84):
• Library management module (LMM)
•I/E station
• Tape drives
• Cartridge storage
• Operator panel
• Power system
The I/O management unit is optional for the control module. For more
