The Connectivity dialog box enables you to do the following:
• Reset an I/O blade
• Reset the Fibre Channel port on the MCB or a Fibre Channel port on
an I/O blade
• Power cycle an I/O blade
• Visually locate a specific I/O blade in the library
1 Log on as an administrator.
2 Make sure that you are viewing the physical library. From the View
menu, click the name of the physical library.
3 Click Tools→ Connectivity.
The Connectivity dialog box appears with the MCB and all I/O blades in
the library listed.
The system does not display a message when the
cleaning operation is completed.
If the physical library is not offline, you receive a
message that asks you whether you want to take it
offline. Click Yes.
