is required; the <capacitance> must be omitted.
Example:

Query the default capacitance for ground loop deembedding. The response is
1E-012 (1 pF).
CALC:TRAN:VNET:GLO:DEEM:PAR:C SC, 2.2E-12
Increase the capacitance to 2.2 pF.
