CONTROL LENGTH
CONTROL LENGTH defines the periodicity of the total C-List. The remaining tags
define the individual markers or control traces in a combined state/starting time way
within the C-List period.
If you want to write an ASCII C-List directly without using the C-List editor, a special
syntax has to be taken into account:
The tag and the following [state: start time]-pairs are separated by a colon ":".
