Cancel Job On Jam Function
The Cancel Job On Jam function defines the corrective options available if a jam
occurs during processing.
Cancel Job On Jam Function Access
Note: Cancel Job On Jam settings can not be changed when a print job is in
progress.
1. Press the Up or Down triangle when the Supervisor Menu displays to move
the selection bar to the Cancel Job On Jam function.
2. Press Enter, which causes the following Cancel Job On Jam menu to display:

3. The functions that can be selected from the Cancel Job On Jam menu include:
• Disabled – Causes the balance of the job to be printed when the jam has
been cleared.
• Enabled – Causes the balance of the job to be canceled when the jam has
been cleared.
• Prompt – Allows you to selectively determine, on a job-by-job basis,
whether to cancel the balance of the job or print the balance of the job
when the jam has been cleared.
